All advice and professional services rendered are for your exclusive use and should not be shared or used by any third party without our prior written consent.
Fees and Payments
Fees for our consulting services will be as per the agreement signed between you and ServePro Networks Pvt Ltd.
Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice, and services may be suspended for accounts with overdue balances.
Intellectual Property
All materials provided during the consulting services, including but not limited to reports, advice, and documentation, are the intellectual property of ServePro Networks Pvt Ltd.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material without our prior written consent.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information received during the course of the consulting services.
Limitation of Liability
ServePro Networks Pvt Ltd’s liability for any claims arising out of or related to the consulting services shall be limited to the amount you paid for the services.
Termination
Either party may terminate the consulting services agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms and fails to correct the breach within a reasonable period.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where ServePro Networks Pvt Ltd is located.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

Investment and Returns: Members who join ProServe Networks (“the Company”) agree to invest a sum of money (“Investment”) into the Company’s schemes. The Company’s liability in terms of returns is limited to a maximum of three times (3x) the Investment amount. For example, on an Investment of INR 5,000, the Company’s maximum liability will not exceed INR 15,000, which includes referral amounts and bonuses.
Referral Program: The Company offers a referral program where existing members can refer new members. The referral earnings are included in the maximum liability of 3x the Investment amount. Once a member has received returns equal to 3x their Investment, the Company reserves the right to cease referral payouts for that member.
Market Risk: All investments are subject to market risk. The value of your Investment can go down as well as up, and you may not get back the amount you invested. The Company does not guarantee any fixed returns on the Investment.
Company’s Discretion: The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program or any part of the investment scheme at any time without notice, at the Company’s sole discretion.
Compliance with Laws: The investment scheme is governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws. Members agree to comply with all local laws and regulations regarding investment activities.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, suffered by any member, whether in an action in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Acknowledgment: By participating in the investment scheme, members acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
